Q-1.  अपने बारे में बताइए। (Tell me about yourself or Introduce yourself)

उत्तर : मेरा नाम Hamid Khan है। मुझे टीम के साथ काम करने और काम को व्यवस्थित करने का Experience है। मैं मेहनती और जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति हूँ।

Answer : My name is Hamid Khan. I have experience working with a team and organizing work. I am hardworking and responsible.

Q-2. आप सुपरवाइजर क्यों बनना चाहते हैं? 

(Why do you want to be a supervisor or Why do you want to become a supervisor) 

उत्तर : मैं टीम को अच्छी तरह संभाल सकता हूँ और काम को सही टाइम और तरीके से व्यवस्थित कर सकता हूँ। और मुझे अपने क्र्रेर में आगे बढ़ना है।   इसलिए मैं सुपरवाइजर बनना चाहता हूँ।

Answer : I can manage people well and organize work properly. Also I want carrier growth, that is why I want to become a supervisor.

Q-3.  एक सुपरवाइजर की मुख्य जिम्मेदारी क्या होती है?

उत्तर : सुपरवाइजर की जिम्मेदारी बहुत बड़ी है जैसे टीम को संभालना, काम बाँटना और समय पर काम पूरा करवाना है।

Answer : A supervisor's main responsibility is to manage the team, assign work, and complete the work on time.

Or - The responsibilities of a supervisor are very important, such as managing the team, assigning work, and ensuring that the work is completed on time

Q-4. आप अपनी टीम को कैसे संभालेंगे, क्या आपने पहले कभी टीम संभाली है ?

उत्तर : मैं सभी कर्मचारियों से सम्मान से बात करूँगा और उन्हें स्पष्ट निर्देश दूँगा के जो भी काम है वो हमारी ही ज़िमेदारी है और हमे उसे टाइम से ही पूरा करना है।

जी हा, मुजह पहले से एक साल का experience है। मेने 10 लोगो के टीम संभाली है 

जी नही , मुजह पहले का कोई सुपरवाइजर का Experience नही है। 

Answer: I will speak respectfully to all employees and give them clear instructions. Whatever work we have is our responsibility, and we must complete it on time.

If Yes. I have a supervisor experience and I was responsible to handle 10 employees team.

If No. No I don't have any prior supervisor experience. 

Q-5. अगर कोई Employee काम नहीं करता है तो आप क्या करेंगे?

उत्तर : मैं पहले उससे बात करके समस्या समझूँगा और उसे सही तरीके से काम करने के लिए समझाऊँगा।

Answer : First, I will talk to the employee, understand the problem, and guide them to do the work properly. Or 

I will discuss the problem with him and try to understand, He might has some work or colleague related problem. Once I understood properly, I will help him to sort it out. So the work will not hamper. 

Q-6. आप काम को समय पर कैसे पूरा करेंगे?

उत्तर : मैं रोज़ सबसे पहले चेक करूगा की Important काम कौनसा है जो पहले करना है. उसीके अनुसार योजना बनाऊँगा, जिम्मेदारी बाँटूँगा और काम की नियमित जाँच करूँगा।

Answer : First of all I will check which one is the most important and need to finish on time than, I will make a plan, assign responsibilities, and regularly check the work.

Q-7. . आप दबाव में कैसे काम करते हैं?

उत्तर : मैं दबाव में शांत रहता हूँ और जरूरी काम को प्राथमिकता देता हूँ।

Answer : I stay calm under pressure and give priority to important work.or

Taking unnecessary pressure is not good for work. My priority would be to keep my self calm and get the work done on time

Q-8. अगर टीम के दो कर्मचारियों में झगड़ा हो जाए तो आप क्या करेंगे?

उत्तर : मैं दोनों की बात सुनूँगा और शांतिपूर्वक समस्या का समाधान करूँगा।

Answer : I will listen to both employees and solve the problem calmly.

Q-9. आप कर्मचारियों को कैसे प्रेरित करेंगे?

उत्तर : मैं उनके अच्छे काम की सराहना करूँगा और उन्हें बेहतर काम करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करूँगा।

Answer : I will appreciate their good work and encourage them to perform better. or

I will appreciate their work and plan some out side dinner party or snack party and also try to give some bonus for extra and quality work.

Q-10. आप काम की Quality कैसे बनाए रखेंगे?

उत्तर : मैं काम की नियमित जाँच करूँगा और कर्मचारियों को गुणवत्ता के नियम समझाऊँगा।

Answer : I will regularly check the work and explain quality standards to the employees. Also I will encourage my team to do the cross quality check to find out the errors.
